What is Zephyr ?

Founded in 2002, Zéphyr is the dance troupe of La Girandole. Specializing in French-Canadian dance, the school dance offers talented young people the opportunity to further develop their artistic potential by performing regularly on stage.

Targeting audiences over 16 years of age, Zéphyr's repertoire focuses mainly on French-Canadian dance and high-level jigging.

It is important for the troupe to present a dynamic and current image of Franco-Albertan culture and to participate in the development and visibility of the Francophone community in Edmonton and throughout Western Canada.
