BRIEF OVERVIEW OF OUR ASSOCIATION Full of resources and energy, l'Association la Girandole seeks to promote the Franco-Albertan culture through dance and folklore. With a strong foundation and a young energetic team, the association upholds the only francophone dance school in the capital region. The dance school offers classes and specialized programs for ages 2 to 20 yrs as well as adult classes. In summer of 2002, l'Association la Girandole created Zéphyr, a performance group offering young artists the possibility to further develop their artistic potential. The artists of Zéphyr offer several productions, however they may also adapt to special events. L'Association la Girandole offers the following professional services: The only francophone resource centre in Western Canada specializing in dance and folklore, located in our facility, offers you a wide variety of books, CD's, DVD's, videocassettes, accessories and costumes. |
